Cancellation Policy

At Adamstown Osteopathy, we understand that your health and wellness are top priorities, and sometimes changes in schedule are necessary. To maintain the best experience for all of our patients receiving osteopathic treatment, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice for Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your osteopathic appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of manual therapy, physical therapy, or pain management.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, a 50% charge of the consultation fee will apply. This ensures we can continue offering personalized osteopathic care to all of our patients.

  • No-Show Policy: No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the consultation fee. This policy helps us maintain the availability of osteopathic treatments for all our patients.

We understand that unexpected events can happen, and we are always happy to accommodate in urgent situations. However, by following this policy, you help us keep the practice running smoothly and ensure that other patients can benefit from timely access to osteopathic care and pain therapy.
